You can give your child a Birthday surprise this year, with a private, personalised video from Toy Time Town that you can download and keep. In your video, your child’s name and age will be included into a birthday story. Your child's name will be spoken by some of the characters and we’ll even include a photo of your child in the video. The photo will be used in many scenes and will be included in the action of the video. (this video is only shared to you) The Toy Time Town planets will also wish your child a Happy Birthday and will even sing a Happy Birthday song! The video will be about two minutes long and will include all of your favourite Toy Time Town planets.

In summary:

·     -   A personalised Happy Birthday video story (around two minutes long!) that you can keep

·     -  Your child’s name is spoken by the characters

--  - The planets will mention your child's age, wish them Happy Birthday and sing to them.

·     -  A photo of your child will be incorporated into the story

After purchase, we will email you to ask for the following details:

·       - Your Child’s name and age

·       - Your Child’s name written phonetically. E.g. Sophia also provided as “so-fee-uh”

·       - How you want your child introduced in the video. E.g.:

o   Sophia

o   Sophia Smith

o   Sophia Smith from London

o   etc

·       - A good quality image of your child that we can include in the video.

·       - Any message you would like written at the end of the video. E.g: “To Sophia, Happy Birthday, Lots of Love Mum and Dad. xx”

Please ensure you enter your email address correctly. You should receive an email within a day of purchase requesting your details. If you do not receive this email, please email the merch store. After you have provided the details, please allow a few days for the video to be sent you. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you if the details are not sent to us or are inappropriate. This video is yours to keep, you may download it and use it for your own personal use, but it is not to be used on YouTube. Thank you.
